Returns & Warranty Information

When placing an order, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct. PerfectSound does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery and Handling Charges

PerfectSound delivers Worldwide. We use Royal Mail network for delivery of orders. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed price for each product on this website.
We determine shipping charges based on weight. All our products have been weighed which is used to calculate your delivery charges. In the case of a light bulky item, the cubic weight as applied by Royal Mail Parcel Force. If the weight listed is based on the cubic weight, this will be noted in the product information.
All delivery charges payable will be displayed for you at the checkout, prior to you providing payment information.

Returns & Refund Policy

We do offer for exchange of our products if size does not fit or there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.

Defective Items

Defective products must be returned to PerfectSound within (14) fourteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, a similar product or full refund will be offered (excluding shipping costs).

How to return your product:

You must contact PerfectSound prior to returning any products. We will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information.

All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the purchase.  

NO returns are accepted shipping collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid to 11 Aspen Place, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6NX, United Kingdom.

Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our office immediately so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim with the relevant postal service. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.

Send your item, in its original packaging or in a re-saleable condition, to the return address provided. Any shipping costs incurred are at the customers expense.

As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.

If the item is to be replaced, the replacement product will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by PerfectSound.

There is no refund on shipping charges. The cost of any associated return delivery is at the customers expense.
