The kit includes the stents plus rivets to make changing the bearings very easy.

This is a complete kit manufactured from phosphor bronze for replacing the idler bearings these are very hard wearing and more durable than the originals, most idler bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. Garrard made there idler bearings the same size on all the turntables they produced, we did the same.

A high quality Garrard idler wheel manufactured by PerfectSound to a very high tolerance, improvements have been incorporated into the design, the rubber is softer also more silent than the original the center spindle is also ground and polished.

These rings are also suitable for the Garrard 301 and 401 to help dampen the ring the platter produce if not using an original Garrard mat.

The two Nitrile (NBR) rings have been used on the Garrard 501 for ten years to deaden the ring that the aluminium platter produces, also the rings are the perfect partner with the Garrard 501 mat on the 301 and 401 turntable.
